- New Listings: 52 (35 detached homes, 10 attached, 7 land)
- % of Asking Current Price: 93.4%
- Total Listings: 406 (267 detached, 50 attached & 89 land)
Right now, sales are slower compared to the number of new listings coming on the market but sales are likely to pick up pace as buyers start to see more options worth checking out.
