Spring is the busiest season for new inventory on the coast and so far this one is not disappointing.
Already we’ve seen 64 new listings in the first 2 weeks of March with plenty more on the way, out pacing February 2024 which saw 72 new listings for the entire month.
This is great news for buyers out there wanting more choice.
